Please identify errors in this panoramic radiograph

Similar to the previous radiograph, this image also shows presence of foreign bodies (earrings). Because of the earrings, prominent ghost images are recorded on the orbital areas. A ghost image is recorded on the opposite side of the original object (the ghost of the right earring is recorded over the left orbit). The ghost image will be located superior to the original object. The vertical dimension of the ghost image is magnified and blurry. The ghost of the right earring extends from the left orbit to #19. Another error in this radiograph is the position of the tongue. As the tongue is not in contact with the hard palate, the periapical areas of the maxillary anterior and premolars have low density.
