For panoramic interp, please arrive 20-30 minutes before your signed-up session. Inform the faculty member that you are here for panoramic interp. The faculty member will assign you one panoramic case from this interp website. Write a complete interp of all the important findings. During your signed-up session, be prepared to discuss the case, anatomic landmarks and any positioning error.

This 70 year old man has come to the clinic for initial check up. You have identified some radiopacities in his neck area. Patient has right sided jaw pain.

Please describe the radiographic findings and develop a differential diagnosis.
